We are a group of dedicated safety professionals, with vast backgrounds and a wealth of experience. We help educate the business community to reduce, prevent and eliminate workplace accidents, injuries and environmental impact through constant diligence, integrity and knowledge.
Josh Caudill

Joshua Caudill, CSP, ASP, CHST is widely recognized as one of the construction industry’s most prolific and decorated Safety Professionals, with successes in creating and implementing construction education programs, mentoring young Safety Professionals, and working diligently to change the landscape of hazard recognition and mitigation. He is currently the Safety Director at DPR Construction.

He completed a degree in Organizational Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) while working for Ryder Integrated Logistics. Working in logistics fed his desire to become a Safety Professional. Caudill worked for Phillips and Jordan, Inc. Traveling the country, working remotely in Alaska, he still took advantage of growth opportunities, earning a professional certificate in Construction Safety from The University of California San Diego and being heavily involved with the American Society of Safety Engineers.

Dan Regouby
Vice Chairperson

Dan has worked in the Safety field for over 30 years in industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, food, and entertainment.  His experience as a leader in his manager and director roles has prepared him for his current role serving as a Safety Specialist for the City of Orlando and an independent consultant.  His passion is to inspire and build organizational openness and trust resulting in high levels of engagement at all levels and he brings his unique perspective to the ACFS team.

John Lucarelli

John Lucarelli is a Environmental Specialist II with  Alpha-Omega Training and Compliance, Inc. (AOTC) is a Florida based, Veteran-owned small business. AOTC specializes in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety Training and Compliance, Emergency Response, and Utility Support Services.


Darla Brooks

Darla Brooks has worked for the Disney Company for over 10 years and currently manages a production workroom of over 75 workers.  She is focused on keeping a safe environment for all of her staff and has developed a passion for safety.  This has led her to become involved with ACFS to share her passion with the Central Florida Community.
